In order to keep the website up to date it would be useful if the managers of each squad could arrange a member of the squad to complete the form linked below after each match.

To use/complete the document the link should be clicked on and saved (ie click on SAVE not OPEN) to a location on your PC. The document can then be opened and  edited (from your PC) and saved and then e-mailed to info@powickfooty.com as an attachment.

If you wish details of the match to appear in the Malvern Gazzette, this form should be complete before Tuesday morning.
